This This Privacy Policy describes the practices by the “RewardBuddy” application, owned by “Creatix Ventures” with the registered address "A-24, Street No.4, West Guru Angad Nagar, Delhi - 110092". It explains the storage, disclosure, use, transfer and other processing of your data (Personal & Non-Personal) and usage and sharing of contents. Hence, before start using this application or giving information about you, kindly review this Privacy Policy. By using or accessing our “REWARDBUDDY” application, you agree that we can store and process the data about yourself in accordance to this Policy which is revised time to time. Information we take about yourself and how we use it for you

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We collect the following types of information.

Analytics information. We use third-party analytics tools to help us measure traffic and usage trends for the Service. These tools collect information sent by your device or our Service, including the interfaces you use, add-ons, and other information that assists us in improving the Service. We collect and use this analytics information with analytics information from other Users so that it cannot reasonably be used to identify any particular individual User.

Device identifiers. When you use a mobile device like a tablet or phone to access our Service, we may access, collect, monitor, store on your device, and/or remotely store one or more "device identifiers." Device identifiers are small data files or similar data structures stored on or associated with your mobile device, which uniquely identify your mobile device. A device identifier may deliver information to us or to a third party partner about how you browse and use the Service and may help us or others provide reports or personalized content and ads. Some features of the Service may not function properly if use or availability of device identifiers is impaired or disabled.

Among others we collect the following device identifiers:

User Device ID Platform (iOS/Android) Device OS Version App Version First request time Language Region/Country Timezone Model App Version Metadata. Metadata is usually technical data that is associated with User Content. For example, Metadata can describe how, when and by whom a piece of User Content was collected and how that content is formatted.
Users can add or may have Metadata added to their User Content including a hashtag (e.g., to mark keywords when you share a photo) or other data. If the information covered by this Section is aggregated or de-identified so it is no longer reasonably associated with an identified or identifiable natural person, we may use it for any business purpose. To the extent information covered by this Section is associated with an identified or identifiable natural person and is protected as personal data under applicable data protection laws, it is referred to in this Privacy Policy as "Personal Data." We use pseudonymization for particular types of Personal Data to ensure better security of your Personal Data.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION AND PERSONAL DATA

In addition to some of the specific uses of information we describe in this Privacy Policy, we may use information that we receive (including Personal Data) for the following purposes:

We will not process your Personal Data in a way that is incompatible with the purposes for which it has been collected or subsequently authorized by you in accordance with Section 2 of this Privacy Policy or collect any Personal Data that is not required for the mentioned purposes ("purpose limitation principle"). For any new purpose of processing we will ask your separate consent. To the extent necessary for those purposes, we take all reasonable steps to ensure that Personal Data is reliable for its intended use, accurate, complete, and current. We also undertake to collect only such amount and types of Persona Data that are strictly required for the purposes mentioned in this Section of the Privacy Policy ("data minimization principle").

Trusted third party partners like Aye-t Studio provide surveys and offers in the app via an offerwall. Users are rewarded after completing those offers eg: installing or registering on certain apps. However for the partner to verify that those apps have been installed and to provide the necessary rewards, installed application information is transmitted to them

3. SHARING OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

We will not rent or sell your Personal Data to third parties outside RewardBuddy (or the group of companies of which RewardBuddy is a part) without your consent, except as Parties with whom we may share your information in accordance with this Policy.

Parties with whom we may share your Personal Data. We may share User Content and your Personal Data (including but not limited to, information from cookies, log files, device identifiers, location data, and usage data) with businesses that are legally part of the same group of companies that RewardBuddy is part of, or that become part of that group ("Affiliates"). Affiliates may use this information to help provide, understand, and improve the Service (including by providing analytics) and Affiliates' own services (including by providing you with better and more relevant experiences). But these Affiliates will honor the choices you make about who can see your photos and are bound by the rules of this Privacy Policy.

We also may share your Personal Data as well as information from tools like cookies, log files, and device identifiers and location data, with third-party organizations that help us provide the Service to you ("Service Providers"). Our Service Providers will be given access to your Personal Data as is reasonably and appropriately necessary to provide the Service under reasonable confidentiality and data protection terms.

We may also share certain Personal data and information such as cookie data with third-party advertising partners. This information would allow third-party ad networks to, among other things, deliver targeted advertisements that they believe will be of most interest to you.

We may remove parts of data that can identify you and share anonymized data with other parties.
The parties we share your Personal Data with are either EU-based or compliant with the EU-US Privacy Shield Framework that ensures that European data privacy requirement are met. We also utilize standard contractual clauses and other contractual safeguards in order to protect your privacy and insure that all transfers of your Personal Data are safe and compliant with applicable laws.

We may also combine your information (including Personal Data) with other information in a way that it is no longer associated with you and share that aggregated information.

Parties with whom you may choose to share your User Content. Any information or content that you voluntarily stylize with the Service, such as User Content, becomes available to the RewardBuddy anonymously.

What happens in the event of a change of control. If we sell or otherwise transfer part or the whole of RewardBuddy or our assets to another organization (e.g., in the course of a transaction like a merger, acquisition, bankruptcy, dissolution, liquidation), your information such as User Content and any other information collected through the Service may be among the items sold or transferred. You will continue to own your User Content. The buyer or transferee will have to honor the commitments we have made in this Privacy Policy.

Responding to legal requests and preventing harm. We may access, preserve and share your information in response to a legal request (like a search warrant, court order or subpoena) if we have a good faith belief that the law requires us to do so. This may include responding to legal requests from jurisdictions outside of the United States where we have a good faith belief that the response is required by law in that jurisdiction, affects users in that jurisdiction, and is consistent with internationally recognized standards. We may also access, preserve and share information when we have a good faith belief it is necessary to: detect, prevent and address fraud and other illegal activity; to protect ourselves, you and others, including as part of investigations; and to prevent death or imminent bodily harm. 4. Content Posting Policy: We Media Authors & Users

You shall not post/upload/transmit/share any contents that:

4a) Violates the Agreement, Community Guidelines and other terms and policies that Apply to your use of the Platform.
4b) Is unlawful, discriminatory, fraudulent, harassing, or otherwise grossly harmful
4c) Harm minors in any way
4d) Infringes or violates someone else’s right, including but not limited to patent, Trademark, copyright or other proprietary rights

About Facebook data

Purpose of Facebook connection: The main purpose is to use facebook connection for login RewardBuddy, so that we can identify an unique user and release coins to them.
What data we store: We only store the 3 fields to our system:facebook id, profile pic, name, so that user can see his own name and profile pic in Me page of our app.

How users can request for deletion of data:
1. Login your facebook console, and go to settings-> security-> apps and websites and there find our app in the list
2. Unbind facebook from our app,then our system will remove all your facebook data
3. To check whether connection has been removed:
a) Open our app,switch to Me page,and clock 'Logout' button.
b) Then login our app again,you will asked to connect to facebook again,it proves your facebook has been totally removed from our system.

5. Rights on Contents: We Media Authors

5a) Any user content will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary.
5b) Users shall be solely responsible for their own content and the consequences of submitting and publishing their content on the Services.
5c) We do not endorse any content submitted to the Services by any user or any opinion, recommendation, or advice expressed therein, any use or reliance on any content obtained through the Service is at your own risk.
5d) Any views and opinions expressed by users on the Platform do not necessarily reflect the policy or position of the Platform.
5e) We reserve the right to remove content that violates The Agreement, Community Guidelines, Google Policy of Restricted Contents and other policies that apply to your use of the Service
5f) When you post your content through the Service, you agree and represent that you own that content or you have received permission from the owner of any part of the content submitted to the Services.

6. Our Application Contents

REWARDBUDDY is a Technology Provider which enable users Earn Some CashBack Coins & Redeem In Coupons & Redeems. We provide WeMedia technology platform to Authors for publishing of contents. All Contents are reviewed before they are online to ensure that it does not violate any Policies for Restricted Contents.

7. Copyrights Statement:

We get the content on our app through partnerships with multiple agencies. If any contributor has violated the copyright of any other, the content will be removed. If you found anyone violating anyone’s rights in terms of the contents (pictures, videos, images, Gifs) please contact us to resolve the issue.

8. Report Contents:

If you find any Improper/Restricted Contents on our App. Please, remember that REWARDBUDDY didn’t endorse any contents. However, one can report any contents in the application with a reason of reporting like Content Infringement, Objectionable Content etc. We will review that content immediately and if it violates any policy, we will immediately remove that content and may block that user/Partner.

9. Navigation to Third Party Sites:

Our Service includes links to other apps or Websites whose privacy practices may differ from us. If you submit personal information to any of those sites, your information is governed by their privacy statements. We encourage you to carefully read the privacy statement of any Web site you visit. Any contents found on third party sites don’t belong to us and they are controlled by the owner of the respective sites.

10. COMMON POINTS TO BE AWARE OF IN TRANSACTION RULES

10a) We are not responsible if you provide us with the wrong information regarding your Paytm account and PAN Card. Authenticity is your own responsibility 10b) Registering bulk virtual phone numbers (E.g. from “TextNow” application) to get OTP to register and fill in the invitation code to earn money illegally is subject to legal actions as per rules of Govt. of India 10c) We don’t pay to Non-Indian registered numbers 10d) If you use the same phone or emulator to fill in a number of Invitations and If you are logging in with multiple accounts repeatedly with the same cell phone or by using app-duplication software, These actions are subjected to illegal activities and we may take legal actions against the user if applicable. 10e) When user withdraws money from REWARDBUDDY, TDS will be deducted as per the government rules. 10f) We don't accept any money from any of our users. All rewards earned are based on the performance of the user.

11. Children Under the age of 18 years:

The REWARDBUDDY Products and Services are not intended for the children below the age of 18 years and REWARDBUDDY products are strictly prohibited for children less than 13 years old.

12. Users Commenting on In-App Contents:

In order to improve the user experience of the REWARDBUDDY application, users may leave comments on particular images and Articles but REWARDBUDDY does not endorse these comments because they are the opinions of users who are not directly associated with REWARDBUDDY and its affiliated elements. Please remember that any information that is disclosed in these areas becomes public information. Parties may view and collect any such information. As such, you should be cautioned when deciding to disclose Personal Information.

13. Advertisements Network and Third Party Services

13a) Your information may be used for the presentation of advertisements. We may use ad networks to customize and display advertising on our Services. We may share certain information about you as a user (such as age or other information we have collected or received) with certain ad network and service providers to help them deliver more relevant content and advertisements through their networks. 13b) We may use third-party advertising companies to serve advertisements when you visit or use our application. These companies may use information about your visits or use to particular services to provide advertisements about goods and services of interest to you. 13c) We bring relevant offers to users for their benefit. These offers may include gaming offers, personal loan offers, shopping offers, fantasy league offers, finance or insurance related offers, e-health medicine purchase platform offers, etc. RewardBuddy is an intermediary and is not affiliated with any ad agency or company that promote their products on our app. In case a company does not receive the necessary requirements pertaining to the offer, the company may not provide the incentive associated with the offer, resulting in the user not receiving any coins. RewardBuddy is not responsible for non-issuance in such scenarios. 13d) We will not disclose any of your personal information to any third party. Though information aggregate maybe provide to partners so as to provide tailored ads and notifications to users. We can also give it to some government Institutions if and only if it is permitted by the Law of Govt of India. 13e) We cannot, and do not, control the information that you share with other Users using an Application, the Services and how such other Users will use or share such information. We are not responsible for third party circumvention of our security measures. 13f) When you share our application/contents or link your user profile to some third parties like Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram etc. they might receive your personal and non-personal information like Name, Email address, Date of Birth, Age etc. We are not responsible for that kind of sharing of data as we don’t/can’t control it. By agreeing to our Privacy Policy, you accept this fact.

14. International Users:

Your personal and non-personal information may be stored and processed in any countries where we provide our services as described in the Privacy Policy. By agreeing to our Privacy Policy and using our Application you consent to transfer your personal and non-personal information to us despite the fact that different countries have different data protection rule. If you object to your Personal/non-personal Information being processes as described in this Policy, Please do not use this Application.

15. Notification of Changes:

We reserve the right to change, modify and alter this Privacy Policy at any time. It is your responsibility to keep checking it and stay updated on a regular basis. Your continuous use of this application following the posting of any changes/modifications to the Privacy Policy constitutes your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy

If you choose to visit the Apps/Services, your visit and any dispute over privacy is subject to this Privacy Policy and the Apps/Services' terms of use. In addition any disputes arising under this Privacy Policy shall be strictly governed by the laws of India
